DEADLINES

  • Papers in camera-ready form must be received by 30th October 2011.

PRESENTATION

  • Each author will be allowed 15 minutes to present his/her paper, followed by some minutes of open discussion. The session chair will be responsible for keeping authors within their time limit, in order to ensure that each author has enough time for their presentation.  All presentations must be in Power Point as only an overhead projector will be available for your presentation.  When preparing your slides, make sure they are clear and large enough so that your audience can read them.  Experience shows that it takes 1-3 minutes to present one slide or viewgraph at the Workshop.  You should ideally use about 10 slides and never more than 20.  E-mail your presentations to the address above or bring them in a flash disk.
  • Power point slides will not be included in the final proceedings report.
