Call for Exhibitors
The Kenya Geothermal Conference KGC2011 organizing committee invites companies, organizations and institutions to exhibit their services and products during the conference.  Exhibitors will get the opportunity to:

1. Launch your business in East Africa
2. Showcase a new product in the industry
3. Be recognized as a key player in the East African power sector

We have a total of 20 exhibition booths with various sizes (3m x3m; 3m x 6m) at the conference venue at Kenyatta International Conference Centre (KICC). 09.00 – 17.00 on 19 - 20 November 2011

Dismantling
17.00 onwards on 22 November 2011

NB: No late work is permitted. Individual stand fitting contractors must complete their work according to schedule. Otherwise, hourly charge will be imposed

Booth Information
a. Exhibitors are not allowed to nail, screw, drill, paint or use the wall, floor, carpet, partition or any other booth facilities at Exhibition area. Panels can be affixed to these walls with the use of double-sided adhesive tapes. If this instruction is ignored, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to charge the Exhibitor or Contractor concerned for any damages of materials.
b. Exhibitors are responsible for all damage caused by the activity done within the Exhibition area and will bear any cost that KICC or contractor charge.
c. Exhibitors are advised to be ready at their own booth 20 minutes before the conference starts.
d. Exhibitors cannot leave/close the stand before the closing time.
e. Aisle always indicated on the floor plan must be kept clear of all exhibition goods or decorations materials in order to facilitate traffic.

Re-arrangement and Relocation of Booths
The Organizing Committee and the Exhibition Organizer reserve the right to rearrange or relocate the booths based on the actual number of booths sold.

Payment for Space Rental
50% upon receipt of confirmed order
50% by 30 September 2011

Payments
a. Exhibitors wishing to have a better location should notify by faxing Space Confirmation to the Secretariat as soon as possible. As it will be provided on “First Come First Served” basis
b. Exhibitors will be issued an invoice for 50% of the cost upon receipt of their signed contract.
c. This invoice is payable within 30 days after the invoice date. The remaining 50% will be issued 30 days later. Invoice must be paid 30 days after Invoice date but Full Payment must be received at the latest 7 days before the conference begins.
d. Outfitting of the booth will only be allowed after Exhibitor has fully paid the total cost.
